This characteristic student building features 17 student rooms (with private sanitary facilities) & 23 student studios. The common areas in each of the buildings, the covered terrace and the spacious garden encourage social gathering.

Unique location: in the pleasant Pulhof neighborhood, near the Middelheim and Groenenborger campuses and within cycling distance of the Drie Eiken campus in Wilrijk and the campuses within the city ring road. Middelheim sculpture park, Nachtegalenpark and Park den Brandt offer opportunities for recreation and sporting activities. There are several (student) cafes, eateries, sports and leisure facilities in the immediate vicinity of the Floraliën.
